Like or Not? is a playful yet incisive installation that invites audiences to reconsider the visual vocabulary and cultural resonances of the Esplanade’s architecture.

Through a curatorial lens, the work interrogates the extent to which the Esplanade’s distinctive domes—often compared to the durian and the compound eyes of a housefly—have been embraced or contested within Singapore’s collective consciousness.
